The MCPA is responsible for the operation and support of many statewide programs, training events, promotional items and most importantly, crime prevention information and resources. These include the coordination of National Night Out and Crime Free Multi-Housing. The MCPA distributes annual trading cards to members which feature the Minnesota Wild and Minnesota Twins that are distributed throughout the year. The annual conference hosted by the MCPA is held in October each year. In 2007 our conference was held in Duluth at the Holiday Inn. The Holiday Inn Duluth is again the scheduled location, on October 05, 06 & 07. This is a 2 1/2 day conference that features popular crime prevention topics, networking events, exhibitors and an award ceremony .
